You would have to prove that the bed bugs came from the store. I usually do not buy furniture from any type of thrift store but if I do I always always disinfect and clean it thoroughly. I also inspect anything I an buying before hand as well. I did how ever have a similar incident when I lived in east Tennessee where my sisters and I bought a really nice couch from a thrift store and it ended up having bed bugs. I went back to the thrift store and they gave me in store credit and took the couch back. If I were you I would just go talk to the store manager. Remember it's about how you approach them. Just calmly explain everything and ask them to give you in store at the least. I hope you are able to resolve this matter.

Music City thrift it's a great store for the past 25 year I have shop and found some wonderful items, I have not shop in the malls in 30 years, it's Music City or Goodwill. Have fun shopping

They don't usually have musical instruments there. But right down the road, there's a place called Nashville used music. I bought two guitars there before and had a great shopping experience there.
