Great selection of products and unique finds but absolutely no customer service from the 5 (maybe 6? we couldn’t tell who worked there) employees working on a slow Sunday afternoon. The employees were standing around and talking about music and snacks without making eye contact with any customers. We were never greeted and we spent a solid 10 minutes looking around and trying to find the correct size shirts but were not offered help until we started making a mess of the shirts (digging to find the right size). We asked about a size not available in store and were told we could order it online (where we would then have to pay shipping). Such an awkward and disappointing experience for a shop we follow online and went out of our way to visit while on vacation in Nashville.

I was pretty disappointed with my experience here. Walked in interested to learn more about raw denim and possibly purchase my 1st pair. At least 5 employees were working at the time and no one acknowledged me. It was awkward because my wife and I were the only two in the store at the time. For this to be an ‘investment’ type purchase, I was surprised no one made an effort to engage us. The sad thing is this is probably a great product, but the vibe was unwelcoming for a newbie. Date was Saturday 09.03 between 10:30 - 11:30am
