We enjoyed a nice meal and night out with friends at 9 Elm - lots of good great reviews about their food, and they deserve them! Only reason we are not putting up 5 stars is a nasty looking millipede or something similar seemingly crawled out of the grate beneath our table and was climbing the wall next to my friends wife and was looking to see if she was friendly. We tried catching it, but only ended up with a few legs and were hopeful it back where it came from. She lost her appetite, however we finished our meal and called it a night. Little consideration on the bill besides a few laughs would have been a nice token, however we did not ask for it...

Great date night type of place. Romantic and quaint. I don't think it's possible to have a bad meal here! I highly recommend the stuffed dates. Amazing! You HAVE to make a reservation to get in. It's always busy. .

Amazing staff and the food was just as good. The service was fantastic, we enjoyed everything and the atmosphere was very charming, can't wait to go back and try something else

Going here was a great experience. For starters we got the butternut squash ravioli and the stuffed dates. The dates aren't pictured hut the presentation was great. They stuff them with blue cheese (which was a bit lacking to be honest also ide prefer feta.)but the app itself was delicious. The butternut squash ravioli was good but it just lacked the punch of flavor that I was expecting (maybe more sage?) but the pasta the ravioli was made from.... Delicious. Ide definitely get both again. For meals I got the pork chop and it was out of this world. Cooked perfect and flavor in every single bite. Nothing was overwhelming and every flavor complimented one another. The salmon was cooked just right and the lentils were delicious. We got creme brulee for desert and it was very well done. Can't wait to go back here and try the filet mignon (I was on the fence with that and the chop) highly recommend.
