Not only did Presley immediately respond to my email but she worked on my shipment at all stages until my stuff was in transit across the country. The entire staff was helpful and efficient. I had a very pleasant and fast experience at this location. There was a huge line and it was serviced in record time. Didn’t feel like it was understaffed (I’m used to the same lines with a single person working while other people work in the back). My packages were shipped, Amazon items returned, and documents printed in a matter of minutes. Keep up the good work!
