Why is literally every package I receive through this location delayed? They NEVER deliver on time. Been waiting 2 days already for an overnight package and just got alerted that it's now delayed until tomorrow. Don't offer and charge people for services you can't deliver.

How can I get the driver to put my packages on my porch instead of on the ground next to my mailbox at the street? He/she has left packages On the ground on 4 occasions. One box was out in the rain all day. Mary Howard

Definitely call your FedEx hub.....the one that delivers to your house. If not them, call the main number and tell them what is going on. I had that issue with a USPS driver who then thought it was cute to stuff an oversized box and mash it up and shove it in the mailbox. Take photos if you can and make sure to talk to a supervisor
