I took the car to them and found they are going to charge around $120 to check each of two issues!!! Total is $240 even without starting to fix the issues!!!!! Then I went to another store to get one issue solved for FREE! FREE! Another big issue is fixed by at low price too. So glad that I did not go with Honest-1 Auto Care at Loveland. I cannot image they were going to charge at so high price just for identifying the issues. Please check other stores if you have more options.

This is the only auto shop I've ever been to where I felt comfortable. At most auto shops, I get weird looks or glares, and the mechanics often throw confusing jargon at me and try to overcharge. But the folks at Honest-1 are always so sweet and kind, and have even gone out of their way to show me exactly what is wrong and the repair it'll need, so I fully understand what I'm paying for. The customer service is excellent! On three occasions I've needed a ride either from the auto shop or from home, and both times Honest-1 either called me an Uber (for no extra charge) or one of the workers (and even the owner herself most recently) has offered me a ride. I've already been recommending this place to my fellow queer friends and acquaintances. Experiencing hostility at auto shops is an everyday occurrence for folks like us, so finding a place that is friendly and so accommodating is such a blessing. And they always have free snacks and sodas in the waiting room! Honest-1 is absolutely worth the 20 min drive from my house. I may even continue to see them after I move to downtown Cincy.

Honest-1 lives up to their name. The staff is so friendly and helpful, providing information about needed repairs without try to upsell unnecessary work. Kammie and Curtis are extremely knowledgeable and helpful providing timely updates and photos of repair work....and all of this at a reasonable price! They saved me over $400 on a new water pump compared to the dealership. I will continue to entrust my car repairs to Honest-1.
