I moved here after the sale of my house in Indiana. The property is beautiful. The gym is comprehensive, and the pools are very nice. The team at Nantucket is excellent. Always helpful and proactive. I recently had an issue with a fire detector going off as they do over time. It was resolved promptly. In fact they replaced all five of them in the home to ensure a quick resolution of the problem. We live in one of the townhomes and they are in excellent shape. Neighbors are great. Very few issues and when one is encountered, those are resolved quickly. I have only good things to say about the Nantucket team and the property.

The best apartment complex in the area! The apartments are always clean, the staff is very helpful, and maintenance is also excellent. You also get walking trails, a dog park, pools and a beautiful clubhouse. I've toured many other apartments in the area, but Nantucket is your best bet for a safe, clean and mostly quiet environment.

It's been almost two months since we moved to Nantucket community. We like how clean and lively it is, very good location, close to shopping malls. The staff is nice and service is also excellent as we moved the washing machine did not work and in a couple of days they changed it to a brand new one and quickly respond to malfunctions professionally. But there is also a minus that we didn’t like here is no playground for children, there is even a park for dogs, but children and families with children are not welcome here. Kids can’t play outside, only the children immediately put their heads out of the doors, neighbors knock on the office that they are without supervision, even if they are 15-16 years old. There is an excellent gym , but children under 18 cannot use it. I feel that the children in this community are like in a beautiful prison. There is no pedestrian road to ride a bike or walk, you have to walk along the road and the neighbors immediately complain that you can’t walk. The life is good here for the elderly with dogs and single couples which completely changed my initial idea of the community, even though I am giving 4 stars only for office staff and resolving maintenance issues right away.
