The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, at least at check in anyway. The room was a different story. The water dispenser on the refrigerator did not work. As soon as I laid on the bed I knew I wasn’t going to get any sleep. It honestly felt like laying on a concrete slab. It was ridiculously hard and extremely uncomfortable. I called the front desk to see if the mattresses were all the same and they told me yes. At no point did the staff make any effort to rectify the situation even after I explained that I had neck surgery last year and still suffer from neck pain. I also explained that if I had to stay in the room in its current state I would not have been able to get any sleep. I immediately checked out and booked a different hotel. I was out of luck and was charged for the first night since I didn’t book directly through them. You may want to do this especially if the mattresses are in fact all the same. They didn’t try to rectify the situation whatsoever. There are better options for far cheaper. I hope you don’t make the same mistake that I did!

Would have been a 5 star, but the pet policy is a deal breaker for me. Too many pet hairs, pet smells, pet dander for those sensitive to those things and that may have allergies. Great location. I wish the breakfast place was open all day, great food. Gym was functional. Great views. Front desk could be a bit more engaging or at least less distracted in their own conversations.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for a February weekend getaway. The suite was very nice, the front desk staff were friendly, and the location was amazing! The price was also great for the size of the suite and its location. Housekeeping is an area that could be improved some. Our beds and bathrooms seemed very clean, and our garbage and towels were changed daily. However, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes from previous guests when we arrived, and dried up food was on both the coffee table and dining table. Both easy fixes for us, but it would have been nice to not have.

Size was okay... I liked that it had a balcony. Good location, was 10 mins or less from all of the places we planned to visit. But the room was very dingy. Scrapes and dings all over the walls... Our linen was extremely worn and looked very dirty. Some towels had stains and bathroom is hastily cleaned... outside toilet bowl had stains and vent is caked in dust/lint. Mattress is very firm and cardboard-like. The BIGGEST disappointment was that the fireplace is FAKE and didn't work!
