Our family stayed one night with two toddlers. Everything from start to finish was perfect, from the staff to the accommodations. This was without a doubt one of the best customer service experiences we've ever encountered. The staff were very sweet with our kids! The pool was a little outdated but still tons of fun. Breakfast had tons of options including scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, breakfast sandwiches and other cold items. If we're ever back in town, we're staying here!

OLD AND OUTDATED.!! The Room Gave Bug Vibes but i didn’t see any bugs just Spiders on the wall.Everything in the room was 15 Yrs old Everything dusty and Dirty. Stains everywhere, Stains on the Wall, Stains on the pillows, Stains on the Lampshade. I slept on Top of the cover because i was scared to sleep under the Dirty covers. The best way i can put it was, it felt like i was staying at a “Motel” and not a “Hotel” i only stayed here bcuz it had 4Stars. So I’m here to tell you if your looking for a “fancy new hotel” this is NOT it .the BEST Thing about this “Motel” was the Free breakfast And it was Cheap for a Night. I booked 2Nights with out seeing it in person. After i walked in the lobby i should’ve knew it was Ghetto..but it was already to late for me to find another hotel so i stayed. I gave it 2stars bcuz the Free Breakfast And Cheap Rooms. But other then that this is Definitely a 2 Star Motel.!! Nice Staff just Old Run down hotel

My sister and I stayed here on 5/6/22. I was given the option to online checkin which I did the night before. At 130am CST, I received a text that my room was ready. Super flawless! We arrived and received our room key. The room was clean. The only thing we found disappointing was that the rooms (at least the one we stayed in) did not have a full length mirror but we made due. We attended a concert at Van Angel Arena, and upon leaving, found ourselves very hungry. After not finding anything nearby open, we returned and saw Dominos was open for delivery still. We ordered way ahead of time, only to be gipped. We discussed our frustrations with the overnight desk agent, Rod, who went above and beyond to find us something that was open and would deliver to us! He then spent the next hour listening to us and chatting with us. He was amazing, helpful and made our night by listening to all our gossip! Checkout was efficient, and we had an overall amazing stay!

I made a reservation for one of my employees to stay at this hotel. I sent her the email with the confirmation stating that this was her room for the night. I got a call at midnight from my employee stating that she would not be allowed to check in because the reservation was made in my name. I spoke via her speaker phone to the Marriot employee and offered to provide any verification information the Marriott employee could need to resolve this issue so my employee could check in. I even offered to face time with my license which is essentially the same as if I were in the facility. She would not allow it and I had to call a corporate number to add my employee's name to the reservation. That was another 20 minutes to the 20 minutes my employee had already spent. A supervisor was required to address this simple situation. I was then told the situation was resolved and my employee would be able to check in immediately. It took another 20 minutes after this call for her to check in for a total of 1 hour. This was the poorest customer service I've ever received at any hotel.
