I'm not sure I just worked for the landscape company maintaining the property. I do believe so but can't be certianout of Andover Massachusetts its $450 per half hour and $850 per hour for 3 passengers or 550lbs. And concord NC $550 per half hour and $950 per hour for 3 passengers or 550lbs. They don't have a passenger chopper out of concord NH anymore. I hope that helps you. I used my contacts threw my work to talk to them on the phone to get the information for you. Hope it works out for you 😊
