Horrible place to deliver at. Been on property since 3am, assigned and docked onto a door, at 4am, unloading started at 5:30am it is now 12 noon, still have a red light, have not received my paperwork, have not gotten the text to pay the lumper fee but have a text they have started, they were still taking off pallets at 10am and to top it all off rude people in the shipping office. This place is a joke, only good people was the guard shack up front.

Check in process takes way to long, you have to check in at 3 different places. Guard shack lady rushs everyone so make sure you ask because if not are won't tell you. Long walk to receiving office with rude workers three, then walk through building to check in again lumper service. Lumper guy was the only person I spoke to that wasn't rude. Edit to one star due to waiting on paperwork. Got here at 0330 got a door at 0400 for a 0430 appointment it's now 0912 and still no paperwork, $260 lumper for 4 pallets and has been paid since 0630 still no paperwork

Great place to the delivery. 1- the have about 7 over night park before the gate. 2- after you check you can park inside in front of door 70 like 10 more parking 3- you guys truckers know how slow is capstone. 4- I like it because I get to sleep with no problem. I a trucker who respect my job Please trucker keep the parking lot clean. This is the mean reason why nobody let us park. I talked to one of the supervisors who was outside of the gate talking photos of the garages, he told that the are looking to close the overnight parking because of how much trash on the parking lot. Please trucker keep your every parking lot clean.

Easy location to get to , with overnight parking. The guard check opens at 03:00 AM good positive people work here, don’t forget to drop the badge by the guard check on your way out . I would put 5 stars ⭐️ if the unloading time was faster, unfortunately it took around 7 hours, other than that , great company plus they have a restroom 🚻 inside by door 45 and that’s where you bring your paperwork, as you can see in the pictures below 👇.
