Great selection and a big cafe/deli with vegan and gluten free options. Salad bar and hot bar are limited but enough. Seems that the hot bar items are on rotation and advertised on the website. Both indoor and outdoor seating available. Compost, and recycle in addition to trash. Big parking lot. Would love to see an electric car charger since they have solar!

Such a great shopping experience every time we go. The friendliest employees you will ever see, delic food at the deli, nice produce section, efficient check-out. I can't think of a criticism. Yes, it is small, but they use every single square inch of space to their advantage. :)

Excellent customer service employees were eager to help. Coming from someone with numerous severe food allergies this health food store is incredible with a large selection of products. One associate even looked at the ingredients for me, not that i couldn't but he was very engaged. When one associate wasn't able to locate a product for me he asked another associate who was eager to assist. Very family friendly with arts and crafts available near seating area. Very community engaged with town board of activities and information. The public restrooms were also the cleanest modern facilities I have ever seen. I just with they had more locations. This kind of health food store should have thousands of locations nationwide.

My absolute favorite place to go grocery shopping! Obviously, since it's a co op, they have an amazing verity of farm to table foods/beverages. The staff is very friendly, they treat everyone like family. I have never had a bad experience with anyone there. Their hot food is pretty good. I prefer their sandwiches over their hot dinners. A lot of stuff is locally distributed. But my all time favorite, is their juice bar 🍹/ Cafe!

Unfortunately, no. We have a couple of gluten free cake options and a selection of dairy free ice cream, but typically don't carry children's birthday cakes for a grab-n-go item. If you are interested in ordering something I would recommend calling our Prepared-foods/bakery department and they can discuss the options they are able to accommodate: (603) 355-8008 - and Happy Birthday to your nephew!

Hi, Yes, our prepared foods/catering dept makes small and large fruit platters/bowls in our which you can see on our website — https://monadnockfood.coop/products/catering/ — but we do not deliver. Catering orders must be placed at least 72 hours before pickup and allergies or food sensitivities should be mentioned at the time of order. Stop by the prepared foods counter in the store or call (603) 283-5412 to order.
You can become a member but it is open to anyone.
Yes! We have gluten-free pieces of cake and other baked goods in the deli and grab & go area that are made daily and change daily. We often have gluten-free pies or baked goods from local baker, Saxy Chef—which can also be special ordered if you wanted specific flavors—and gluten-free "Doodle Pie" pastries made in Peterborough. We've got amazing chocolate bars such as Honey Mama's in the cool case near the pies. We also carry quite a few gluten-free cookies in our grocery department.
