This hotel is obviously an older property. Although the exterior has been updated, the walls and baseboards of the interior desperately need attention. The guest room's air conditioner is quite old, so it rattles all night, preventing guests from acquiring their best sleep. The bathroom has an old, metal vent cover that does not work, making the guest room unreasonably uncomfortable for 30 minutes after each shower. There isn't enough counter space in the bathroom for a family to place their belongings. It was also very interesting that our bathroom was not stocked for four occupants upon our arrival. Pool towels are stationed at the front desk, requiring each guest to retrieve pool towels upon each visit to the pool. Living in Alabama, we are most sympathetic to bug issues, but guests have to clean out bugs every ten minutes due to these beetles flying into the pool. Please do your guests a favor and have this pool encased with a glass cover.

A very nice hotel. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Workers were also extremely nice. Hair dryer didn't work in the room and they brought us another one very quickly. Hard to find such a nice hotel these days.

Spacious rooms and friendly staff. The site says they serve breakfast but they serve muffins, cereal, and waffles because it’s “under renovation”. There was no renovation that we could see. The room was not very clean and it seemed like it was dated but also renovated if that’s even possible.

Positive: Location fantastic. Desk clerks were very friendly & helpful. The lady told us exactly where to park to avoid the high fees of Opryland Hotel, which is about 3 min away. The ladies doing breakfast were always working & cleaning. Very impressive! Negative: Breakfast a little sparse, but sufficient. Boiled eggs & more fruit would be good. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. A noise of some type could be heard in the morning - grind or bump like air in a pipe every few seconds for a bit.
