Convenient spot and convenient shuttle to/from the airport. Clean space and spacious. The beds are comfortable, I got the best sleep here. We went downstairs for the buffet breakfast and the service was fantastic but the selection could’ve been a little better.

Airport shuttle system is good and convenient. Staff members are nice except one ! Air-condition makes terrible noise after every 5 minutes when turned on , You cannot sleep in this situation. I stayed there for 4 nights and coming back with migraine because I couldn't sleep due to air-condition noise. We ordered food from outside and did not feel comfortable eating in our room to avoid crumbs and food smell in our room. Staff member did not allow us to sit in eating area during off hours and literally asked us to get up and leave which was very rude and humiliating. We finished our meal in sitting area with out tables with food in our hands and crumbs all over us. Front desk people don't follow up on messages, they will promise very nicely over the phone, with no follow up later . I eventually gave up on calling front desk. No microwave in the rooms and whole hotel has ONE and only microwave which is always dirty. How convenient ! They are advertising that breakfast buffet is free but it cost ALOT !! with random charges each day. My kids got 2 croissants and 2 cups of coffee and our bill was 40 dollars. Next day I went with them and they charged 24 dollars for 3 people. Hilton hotel will never be my first choice next time !

I'm typically not one to write a negative review and I contemplated whether or not to contribute to the reviews. However, I felt compelled to for others. I would like to start with the pros. The building and rooms are very clean. The beds are comfortable! Its very easy to access and conveniently located. Now for the cons, which I feel are big ones for the price paid for the rooms. Our room had zero hot water and the toilet wouldn't flush. We called the front desk to report the issue and was told to let it run 10 minutes because rooms located at the end of the hall takes a while to get hot. After running for 20 minutes, we called back down and was told "engineering" would be sent to our room. The poor worker was sent to our room at 10pm and he did fix our water for the first night. While in our room, he got 4 other service calls to other rooms for water and lack of AC. So this is definitely a common problem in this hotel. While the hot water worked the first night, the second night it did not. It was late when we got in and did not want to call and report it again. Our AC worked half the time and I was up most of the night from the noise from it kicking on and off. It was just a bad experience for a Hilton. We are rewards members and stay at this chain often and have never had any of these problems. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend it due to problems listed above! Sorry Hilton, this is definitely a disappointment when we basically just stay at the hotel to shower anyway and had no hot water!

I stay at this hotel regularly. On this particular occasion I spent a single night then paid to use their extended parking lot to park my car while out of the country. My flight returned back to Nashville at 1:30. At exactly 1:40 I called for the shuttle. I was assured it ran approximately every 20 minutes. So at 2:10 I called again. Was told it was on its way. I called again at 2:35, was told again that it was on its way. Keeping in mind that the hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport. At 2:45, after waiting and hour and five minutes, I finally got a cab and had to pay for additional cab fees to get back to my car. When I called to ask about the shuttle again I explained that I was a medical provider and had patients to see at 4pm in a town about 45-50 minutes away from them. The lack of care is astounding. When I went in for my exit pass I received the same story about how it was on its way again now. I will never patron this hotel again and I warn others who use their long term lot and depend on them for rides to and from the airport. Do better Hilton.

Depends on what your looking for. Scoreboard over by Opryland Hotel has good food, good drinks, and live entertainment. Elm Hill Tavern is a great "hole in the wall" bar with great folks, good food, and good drinks. More bars in the area but these are the ones my hubby and i frequently go to
I believe the sign at the front desk said shuttle was 4am to midnight. You may want to call them to verify
