Love this shop!!! Excellent customer service!! I ordered an attachment for my machine and while I'm waiting for the part to come in, they let me borrow the shop one. Nice selection of Babylock machines (my favorite!) and what they don't have in stock, will order promptly. Great quality fabric and threads and lots of notions and supplies. Very friendly staff and just nice place to shop. Will definitely purchase my next machine here!

Every time I need a repair on one of my old sewing machines, the service is very quick, and very detailed at very reasonable prices. These friendly people really know all about diagnosing problems with sewing machines and their parts. In case of operator error, explanation does not make me feel bad.
