This Walmart and Sonora California has to be the one of the worst Walmarts well not one of the worst and they were top Bunches of worst Walmarts ever Stafford Street competent lacking knowledge of any Department seems to further you get away from home office in Bentonville the lack of Walmart people know about Walmart they're rude some of them to be racist disrespectful they do not care what the customer thinks wants or feels they pretend they do you know as much as security as Walmart says they have how much cameras you can see in the stores they cannot catch one man walking out a woman walking out with a lady's purse on her side in a hurry in the middle of the store not down an aisle and it's exclusive corner of the store but in the main aisle by the registers right off customer service and Walmart says oh well we can't do anything sorry I have to turn off the Police Department please don't do anything sorry but a little boy can get caught for stealing a piece of gum they can pick that up just one more horrible horrible service there's a select few in this Walmart his gentleman works in the automotive center he is an excellent excellent excellent guy and one or two cashier's a nice generally is a rude not friendly either you in a hurry they're taking the time or they're in a hurry and you're just wondering why they're just throwing stuff around or may just be me and my wife I don't know but my review of this store horrible was Bentonville will take a better look at this one

Thanks the thieves, it's a pain in the butt to shop here now, everything is locked and you need to wait forever for an employee to unlock cabinets to get you items, they need more staff and security I guess, store doesn't get crazy busy like other Walmart locations I have been in do, but the store tends to seem a little dirty to me, or always under some pretty major restructuring or something, but the staff is pretty good about sending you in the right direction if they see you are turned around. The auto center here is probably the best I have been too, the manager is awesome, knows his stuff and is confident and accommodating. He was able to determine a mistake made in my tire order size, but had it fixed in no time and me safely on the road, had the ones I ordered first been put up, I can't say I would have been safe, so I appreciate him taking the extra step to be thorough and keep me and my kiddos safe.

Rarely go there. Don't like their corporate tactics and their 'screw-the-local- businesses' practices. I was not allowed to spare my dog the high temperature of remaining in the truck by bringing him into store. NP. Another reason to take my business elsewhere - probably Amazon for what I need.

Yeah, that super store gets crazy busy! It IS difficult to ever get anyone on the phone. I try calling early like 7 or 8am when their not so busy yet. Someone should answer then, maybe. If you do get someone, ask to speak to the store manager. If you get the store manager, ask to speak to their supervisor. Get to the top dog if you can & ask why no departments ever answer, & then ask that manager your department/product questions. You can also Google the Walmart Corporate phone number & let them know about this problem. Dunno if that'll help, but at least you can talk to someone who might be able to answer your product &/or department questions. I hope this helps. Good luck w/ this!

They use to let you order non perishables. Delivered to the door with a fee. I haven't ordered lately though.

I do not believe so. I think it's only open till like 8am_8pm or something like that. I know that because I ordered items online and the delivery confirmation text say I can pick up from 8am_8pm. And I am pretty sure that's the customer service department as well. Sorry if im not correct

This particular Walmart store doesn't carry this particular wine, nor was there empty stock for this wine. And Walmart.com has one Port Wine under a different brand. You'll likely have to check elsewhere.

The $19.88 oil change is lube, oil, and filter for most domestic vehicles (no Mercedes, BMW, or diesel pickups) That includes, with no extra charge, Up to 5 qts of Quaker state conventional oil, a new oil filter oil filter, and grease any fittings if you have them. They'll also check your tire pressure because they are required by law to do so. And those things are all you get, nothing more! Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $5 to get a full serve oil change. Or better yet, for the best results find a small shop that does oil changes. The prices will be comparable but the service will be far better. There are quite a few good shops out there that can do the same.

Go online order your stuff fix it for pickup and you have a number and the person who picks it up a little give them the number and they'll bring your groceries to you go to walmart.com and then from then on they will send you sale things
"Local guides" are just random members of the public like myself that go on Google maps, where they answer questions like these and write reviews of businesses. While a Walmart employee can be a local guide it is a better chance they are probably not accociated with Walmart in anyway.
The Sonora Walmart has been called a high shrink store. That means that there is a lot of theft occuring at this store. I agree that they need to hire more or better loss prevention but part of the problem is the California laws have given so many rights to the criminals and put so much liability on anyone trying to stop them it's not worth it most of the time. You want Walmart to change make it a cost/reward equasion for them. Shop elsewhere u til they change and tell them you won't shop there till they stop making your shopping experience miserable.
