Yeah, that super store gets crazy busy! It IS difficult to ever get anyone on the phone. I try calling early like 7 or 8am when their not so busy yet. Someone should answer then, maybe. If you do get someone, ask to speak to the store manager. If you get the store manager, ask to speak to their supervisor. Get to the top dog if you can & ask why no departments ever answer, & then ask that manager your department/product questions. You can also Google the Walmart Corporate phone number & let them know about this problem. Dunno if that'll help, but at least you can talk to someone who might be able to answer your product &/or department questions. I hope this helps. Good luck w/ this!
