I have the app so I order ahead & it's always ready when I get there. Last week when I went thru the drive thru, the lid wasn't on the cup properly so when I took the first sip it wasn't pleasant. Most of my drink was on my lap, in my purse & all over my seat. Thank God I ordered an iced chai tea that day & not the extra hot mocha I usually get! Check the lid! It's a lesson I won't soon forget. I'm still giving 5 stars because the drinks are always on point & the employee's here are awesome, happy & part of my good morning! Thanks guys

This Starbucks drive-thru is consistently uber-ridiculously-slow! 15 to 30 minute wait, every time, no joke. They don't seem to be in any hurry to speed it up either. I've never received a "sorry about the wait". If I worked here I'd be …
