Worst pharmacy ever. Especially the pharmist. Please give corporate a call w your complaints and concerns. They need to know how terrible the customizer service is at this location. Wait time 30 mins with no other customers in line. Rude and professional staff

Rite Aid used to be a decent pharmacy. I don't know what's happening the last few months but the wait is ridiculous, both in store and in the drive thru. The staff seem to have completely changed, from friendly, knowledgeable people to ones who can't seem to remember your name or birthdate. Sometimes I get a text message that a prescription is ready and go to pick it up and am told that it's not ready. Last week my doctor sent over an Rx and when I went to pick it up TWO DAYS LATER I was told they were just starting to "work on it" and it would be ready in two hours. Seriously? Two hours to count out pills from a big bottle into a small bottle? And I'm not alone. I've been in there a few times lately and heard similar complaints and heard the clerk asking people to repeat their name and birth date. Perhaps she needs to write down the info on a sticky note! They have a sign on the drive thru window that says they are short staffed yet at any given time I see 6 to 8 people working there. If it weren't for the fact that every pharmacy in this town is terrible in its own right, I would switch pharmacies in a heartbeat.

My dentist faxed in a prescription to rite aid for antibiotics. I waited all day for rite aid to text me that my perception is ready . So I went down there and waited in the drive through for an hour and a half just to find out the dentist didn't approve it. That doesn't make sence to me. So I didn't get my much needed medicine

I had an infection in my tooth and my dentist sent anabiotic‘s and pain pills refilled at Rite Aid in Sonora. Gabe, the pharmacist, was absolutely wonderful taking the time to express his concern that I do not drive or use any type of equipment with this combination of drug. My workplace excepted that, but theyasked if he would write a note. I just stopped by and he wrote the note. Please do not get rid of this man. We need someone that cares and also knows us rather than having a revolving door
