This is a great JoAnn's. I was in the area on a vacation and lost track of what day it was. I run to Sanora 36 miles from where I'm staying. I pulled my 10 patterns and get interfacing, buttons and check out the clearance area and find some shirtting fabric at 70% off clearance. Then go to the cutting table. This is where the magic happen. The woman at the table tells me that on Thursday the interfacing will be 50% off if I can wait. She didn't have to tell me. Next, she noticed that I had patterns and says you know that sale ended yesterday? I wanted to cry. I tell her I'm on vacation and staying 36 miles away and just lost track of time. She say pick three and I'll honor the sale. I was over the moon. That is what customer service looks like. I had the best experience ever! Thanks ladies. You are the best.
