The usual great service. Great customer service. It is now 2 years after my review, and I have to say nothing has changed. In fact, it has improved. I get excellent service with a vehicle and excellent customer service from the entire staff. Still holding steady.

After my Hertz rental suddenly started having engine issues and not accelerating up hill / breaking down I tried renting from this location to see if they had cars available to exchange. They said yes come in and pick up the car. I call back 5 minutes later all of a sudden the car is “spoken for” and not even rented by anyone when we told them to put the car on hold. Worst customer service I’ve experience and I wouldn’t rent anything from this location. Watch out for these crooks.

Nice people but they are not upfront about costs. I have always rented with Enterprise and have never had this experience with neglecting to mention certain costs and fees. The price I was quoted when I picked up the car was $90 less than what I was charged when I returned it, even though I returned it exactly when I told them I would. When I told them (twice) my times to pick up and return the car they never mentioned any extra costs. When I asked what the difference in cost was they said it charged me for an extra day even though I returned it on time, and in the morning. All the lady “could” do was take off a few dollars. Disappointed. The only reason I went with this place and not enterprise was because Enterprise was all booked out, but in the future enterprise will be getting all of my business, and the business of my friends and family. Additionally, their hours on google say they open an hour later than they really do, which has lead multiple customers to return cars an hour late and then they are charged for that hour! That is an easy fix that the company has not even put in the effort to remedy. I wonder if it is purposeful so that they can justify some of the extra charges when people return the cars “late”. If you are going to rent from here just be careful; You will need to ask a lot of questions to clarify, because they do not openly offer the truth to you. I don’t mind paying for the cost of the rental, even if it’s high, I just like companies to be honest and upfront, rather than scamming people for the money.

I think that is something you'll have to go in office to discuss, which as vehicle you taking and time needed will be a big factor in the price.

Its always best to call ahead during their hours of operations (8 am - 11:30 am & 12:30 pm - 5 pm) 11:30 - 12:30 they're closed for lunch. Im sorry for your loss.
