Bad experience just dropping off my car,the customer service terrible,people seems like they are doing you a favor he cuts you off when explannig symptoms of my car about a diagnosis.i was trying to explain a specific problem .i dropped off car at 7 am today , i hope they give me the correct diagnosis.... My car still being fixed they did the tune up ,they recommended but they gave me the car with a different problem when stepping on gas with a noise,we will see how this ends....,but thank you for responding i will keep you posted the location is hackensack,nj My car was returned to me broken .car is parked on my driveway not DRIVABLE .SCARY EXPERIENCE .I AM addressing upper management to see my case....if i could give -stars i will ..THEY DID DIAGNOSIS ,RECOMMENDED TUNE UP, i said yes for tune up and i got a NON DRIVABLE CAR BACK becarful with this place in hackensack nj .......

I called this location for a price on a battery with installation. I was quoted a price of $212.04(tax included) this past Sunday and brought the car in the next day . The price changed to $226.08 when I saw the bill. This is not the first time I"ve had an issue with this store. I will never go back there again- they are dishonest

As a foolow up, i posted a review a few weeks ago.i went for a diagnosis .about a light shaking issue.they recommended a tune-up .they did the tune-up .they gave me the car back with a weird noise when stepping on gas.never had it before.it was a DRIVABLE CAR.no problem on highways or driving.i took the car back to let them know .the manager told me take it to jeep have it checked if the tune-up its related .they see from there.i do not have the time to make all appoiments and keep waitting.i insisted that noise never was there.but george the manager with attitude kept saying there is more issues and gave me a long list.but my car was DRIVABLE REGARDLESS ANY OTHER ISSUE ,now my car is parked in my driveway no drivable because it got worse after they did the tune-up.why they recommend something if they do not know how to fix cars .they should only do tires VERY SCARY for any other service .i am speaking to management they responded i will see if at least they refund the cost for tune up and diagnosis .because none of them WORKED.
