I kept having a problem with vibration on my steering wheel and wheels. I took it to another place and they balanced it but it didn't fix the issue. Took it to Bob's and no more vibration on higher speeds. Such a quiet ride again.

Stripped my lug nut stud. Offered to pay for the repair myself, which costed more than the service I went there for, if they just refunded me and they even refused that. Poor ethics and quality.
