continuing...Left message for manager "Andrew" to contact me about new receipt policy...He has still yet to call me...hmmm...Hire more loss prevention so as the "honest" customers are not penalized for the actions of others...

The Sonora Walmart has been called a high shrink store. That means that there is a lot of theft occuring at this store. I agree that they need to hire more or better loss prevention but part of the problem is the California laws have given so many rights to the criminals and put so much liability on anyone trying to stop them it's not worth it most of the time. You want Walmart to change make it a cost/reward equasion for them. Shop elsewhere u til they change and tell them you won't shop there till they stop making your shopping experience miserable.

This policy was created because countless people in this area are stealing and bringing back products to return them for their cash value on a gift card, allowong them to buy the bigger things they want with stolen money. I know it is frustrating and inconvenient, but you cant be mad at the store for trying to deter theft, be mad at the criminal population for ruining it for the rest of us.
