I have to totally update my review of Curaleaf after today's experience. Rather the whole experience. I can't really drive anymore due to CRPS/RSD and they actually come from Newburgh all the way to Rockland but only on Tuesdays. I had an Inthracal Pain Pump appointment at 8am in NYC and of course there was an accident so I missed my Curaleaf delivery by literally 5 minutes. The medicine helps me literally not kill myself from the pain. It doesn't help the pain for CRPS but it's the most painful disease there is and they nicknamed it "the suicide disease". Without my medicine after getting a painful pump refill just was the straw that broke the camels back. Curaleaf suggested I call the driver Bob, I pray I'm getting that correct. He was just crossed the bridge and actually came back for me. Everyone that helped me get my medicine today I would like to thank especially your compassionate driver. I believe strongly you get what you give and he really did go above and beyond for me. Thank you

The only reason you're receiving the 2 stars is simply because your staff is Amazing and treat you like family! I'm not too happy with Curaleaf themselves. This is medicine. It's also very expensive. I only shop when there's a discount totalling 30%. Normally it's buy 3 and you get the 30% off. This time it was 4. I purchase it because even thought they're expensive, I'll end up using it. So I get there and there SAME vape cartridges that I've been LITERALLY purchasing since I got my card Years ago, now all of a sudden don't qualify for said discount? I was so upset because it doesn't make sense to me. It's bad enough the price before discount, but to say they don't qualify even though I've been buying them for a while now, makes no sense to me. Your staff at Hudson Valley are Amazing. They're the only thing you sketch artists have going for you.

I was told I could not purchase a product because it was not found on inventory list. So how did it get shipped to you.. ?? You have product and there is no knowledge of how it got to you???? The item is in your dispensary.. Really ?????
Sugar Williams
Keeps me out of pain and less stress 😩 and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Hi Elaina, thank you for reaching out. We do offer a discount to patients on Medicaid and Social Security. We also offer a loyalty program that helps offset the cost of the medicine. We really sympathize and are dedicated to doing all we can to provide high quality and affordable medicine. We invite you to call your Curaleaf Hudson Valley team or stop by to learn more. We're here for you!
Cash only. Yes. You can just walk in, but should do so earlier in the day. You can buy as much as you want per trip (as per your prescription from Your dr). Vape pens are $50-$72 and the pen is $10 additional or $20 with a case. Edited to Add: there are now 1/2 size micro Diane vape pens that are only $25. They work great, are discreet and don’t need to be charged. You dispose of it after it stops working when it runs empty.
I believe you have to put your order in by Wednesday , by phone or online , DELIVERY is at end of week, I'd call to place an order .you have to use Can pay , or cash !! Your order has to be in by Friday ,and Delivery will be On Monday's or Wednesday I phone my orders in ! And they will guide you , they are very helpful !!!
Very regulated and orderly. I've never seen a company so thorough in its execution of covid policies. Staffers do not hesitate to, politely and without snark or smarm, remind if a mask is slipping. Further, the front counter is Covid barriered to help customers excited about their medicine and healing maintain distance.
Hi Barb, Great question! Heather is right; 20:1 vapes are medical cannabis vaporizers that contain the active cannabinoids THC and CBD in the ratios of 20 parts THC to 1 part CBD. We'd be glad to welcome you to the Curaleaf Hudson Valley dispensary to discuss if this administration might be right for your conditions. We're open seven days a week and walk-ins are always welcome. We invite you to give us a call if you have questions or to book an appointment for your convenience. See you soon!
Walk ins are accepted make sure you have your script, card and cash.

Hi Richard! Yes - we are proud to offer a 10% discount for veterans. We also offer a patient rewards program for our patients to help offset some of the costs of medicine. Hope to serve you soon at Curaleaf Newburgh. Please call or email us if you have any questions or to schedule an appointment for your convenience.
Unfortunately, at the moment insurance doesn't cover products, but we currently offer the lowest prices in New York State. Also just to let you know we are cash only unless you want to to use our CanPay App which is similar to apple or Samsung pay.
In order to qualify you would need a Medical Marijuana Card for the state of New York, a certification from your Doctor, as well as a New York State issued photo ID.
They don't have that- their inventory on their website is "live" (sometimes it lags a bit). You can check the site for it, but I've never seen it there. Good luck and be safe.
Hopefully by 12/22 you can go into Curaleaf as long as you are 21 and older.
The medicinal license will also save you from paying taxes once recreational does hit the market.
Yes you need medical card and no it's only medical
No. Prescription and medical ID is required in NY state.
They accept debit cards for a small fee.

When you call, they give you the time and date. It's so simple. I love it
They won't message you because they are so busy! If you go there they are very helpful and most likely have your order waiting for you! Good luck!
Yes. Until 6pm. Pre-order. I never got a text either. We just went & picked it up. Their staff deserves a medal. There is a waiting line around the complex. Be patient. They work their butt off. Hoping the higher ups realize they are only successful as their employees treat customers. They treat us with respect. Out in the freezing rain. Thank the staff who serve you please.
Great question! We do not sell CBD in flower form; however we do have Curaleaf Hemp CBD (no medical card required) products in a variety of forms, along with medical products high in CBD. Stop by or give us a call to hear about our dominant CBD products, including tinctures, tablets, vapes, topicals and more. 845-762-0110.
U NEED YOUR CARD AND THE CERTIFICATION THAT THE DR GAVE YOU AT THE APPOINTMENT,IT HAS YOUR REGISTRATION NUMBER ON IT, THAT'S IT.
Its walk in no appointment necessary you have to have script from your Doctor then go online to nystate.org and register for marijuana card
I'm pretty sure you need a NY State medical marijuana card to shop in any dispensary in NY
There are also doctors who will do certification via telemedicine, which, for most conditions considered eligible by NYS, is a great way to get it done. Most people with the required diagnoses who would benefit from the NYS MMP don't want to have to leave their house unless necessary. Hellomd, nugg, and several other online services are available for telemedicine appointments. I would suggest using Google or your search engine of choice to find one. The staff at Curaleaf are extremely helpful, and will literally sit you down with one of their laptops and help you get started with New York State's process. They really do know the ins-and-outs of the state's MMP.
Yes
Great question, Edward! Some states do allow you to purchase medical cannabis products with an out of state medical card. We recommend checking out the Department of Health websites in each state or calling the state’s dispensaries. Safe travels!

Hi Brandi, Great question! To receive a New York Medical Marijuana Card, you must first see a New York practitioner and they will recommend medical cannabis for you if you have a condition that qualifies you for the medical program. The New York Department of Health lists all practitioners by location - so you'll be able to locate one near you. You may also use a telemedicine service. Once you are certified, we welcome you to come to Curaleaf Hudson Valley. We will help you register with the Department of Health and to learn more about the right medicine for you. Newburgh is the one to you
They are starting delivery in a few weeks. There's a program you have to join first for payment and delivery. You'll have to link your bank account number to the account. No credit cards are accepted or cash for delivery. Visit Curaleaf for more details.
Yes they have CBD only products. The concentrations are pretty strong compared to what you'd purchase in a vape shop.
I believe the only place you can get delivery is New York City. But you can shop at any nys dispensary!
Hi Yondel - We do offer free home delivery to patients in Orange, Dutchess, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester Counties. State and federal regulations prevent us from mailing medicine. We welcome you to give us a call to hear more about home delivery and new Curaleaf products.
Hi James - Great question! We offer a variety of vapes in THC:CBD ratios of 20:1, 1:1, and 1:20, including Indica, Sativa, and hybrid cannabis oils. We are proud to have recently released the Curaleaf Slim Vape Pen for $25. Please give us a call to speak with a Care Team member at Curaleaf Newburgh about which vape is best for you.
A physician that is certified by the Department of Health's Medical Marijuana program. The DOH website has a list of some of the doctors. Also you can try NuggMD online.
The ny medical is nowhere near the quality of california medical nor near the prices. 50$ at curaleaf gets you a 250 mg sativa or hybrid cartridge, the hybrid is about 68$. Ny is very strict on you not getting high off of the products. You can achieve a euphoria as well as alleviate your medical problems, but if your looking for a high ny medical marijuana is not what your looking for. Also fyi all carts have peg oil. Its the vape liquid in all vape juices, but without it you wouldnt be able to keep any in liquid form.
All products contain a little bit of THC, even the CBD dominant products. You must have a New York Medical Marijuana card to enter the dispensary.
Smokable forms of cannabis and edibles are strictly forbidden under New York's compassionate Care act.
Hi Naomi - Sorry to hear you are struggling with chronic pain. We are here to help. Chronic pain is a qualifying condition for New York's Medical Marijuana Program. The first step would be to see a registered practitioner to be certified. The New York Department of Health keeps a list of registered practitioners here: https://www.health.ny.gov/regulations/medical_marijuana/practitioner/public_list.htm Some patients also speak with a practitioner via telemedicine. Once you meet with a practitioner, we would love to invite you into Curaleaf Newburgh to complete your registration with the state and meet with our Care Team for a free one-on-one health consultation. If you have any questions, please reach out to us. Relief is on the way!
According to Curaleaf: In order to qualify you would need a Medical Marijuana Card for the state of New York, a certification from your Doctor, as well as a New York State issued photo ID.
