To receive a New York Medical Marijuana Card, you must first see a New York practitioner and they will recommend medical cannabis for you if you have a condition that qualifies you for the medical program. The New York Department of Health lists all practitioners by location - so you'll be able to locate one near you. You may also use a telemedicine service.
