I highly recommend them in every way. They always exceed expectations. I wish they offered more services like roofing and black topping. I use them for everything that they offered.

These guys Know there stuff. I have to give credit where credit is due . I had a major problem with my pool and its chemicals this year to the point i was told by several pool companies i was going to have drain all 30k gallons of water and start fresh. I am on well so i would have to get trucks and would cost a lot of money So on my way back to work i figured one more shot let me stop here. I think its JD super friendly and approachable told me know we can fix this and he was right. With a couple hundred dollars of chemicals and some time JD and the staff helped me everystep of the way and saved my summer. I am a customer for life now at Galati they took the time to understand my situtation and walked me through every step of the way while saving me thousands of dollars. I already had the water trucks ready to go. Thank you galati pools

I can't say enough about Galati's the ONLY place I will ever go to. Always greeted with smiles by the friendly staff. JD is a whiz at diagnosing issues and always has the right answer. Had a bunch of people over for 2 weeks,heat,rain so the pool got cloudy. Treated it yesterday and woke up to a 90% clear pool. Shane,our version of Superman is great and won't stop until the job is done right. For 2 straight years we had floods that turned our pool into quicksand. Shane treated it like a baby and got it clear. They are what customer service is about. Businesses should take a cue from how Galati's is run. I give it 6 stars ******

Purchased a hot tub over 20yrs ago from Galati & had it up until last year or so, got rid of it; have a salt water pool now for 5, 6yrs-I've always only went to Galati for help & they are so great, always have been. I had trouble last year with getting my water clear & there were stains on the floor that I couldn't get out. This year as soon as I opened it I started with JD so that I could get it back to clear once again & as of this past Monday, exactly as he said, I got it clear!!! He/they always give me the correct info, correct product(s) & amounts too; they make it flawless & label all steps as 1, 2, 3, etc., you can't ask for a more professional staff, consistently for 30yrs, all of them; they all are on the same page & each just as good as the other. You can even hang out at the counter & chill; I love the counter tops, ever since I first walked in over 20yrs ago! (they look like swimming pools, it's so nice). Place is always clean, they carry your stuff to your car & are just great.
