There is a doctor Theresa Clearwater at Crystal Run in Middletown that prescribes medical marijuana. You should try Crystal Run because private drs can charge $300 and up just to get a card. Crystal Run does not charge any fees.

Your doctor must be certified and he will make the decision if you're a good candidate for medical marijuana. Once he certifies you in his office he'll give you your script & also the paperwork to register online with the state. After you register, your medical marijuana card will arrive in the mail abt 2-3 weeks later. You can also request a temporary card if you can't wait that long. Make sure you bring your card & script with you to the dispensary.
