Hi Robert. We are very sorry to hear you’re in pain. We’re here to help guide you through the entire process. The first step to being certified is to see a registered practitioner; the New York Department of Health lists registered practitioners in the state on their website. Once certified, patients must complete their registration with the New York Department of Health and receive a Medical Marijuana Card. Come by Curaleaf Hudson Valley and we’ll personally help you. Walk-ins are welcome, or appointments are available by calling us at 845-762-0110.
You have to make an appointment at a Dr that is allowed to prescribe it.Crystal Run in Middletown has drs.Dr.Faskowitz and Dr.Clearwater..There is a 4-6 month waiting list You can also go online and type in Drs allowed to write marijuana prescription. Most of the time you have to have a history of anxiety etc because anybody can go in and say that. You CANNOT just walk in to any dispensary because you will only get as far as the front desk. The actual pharmacy is locked until you give them your certification.I don't understand why people keep telling people that you just walk in.Its a process. After getting the certification then you can just walk in.After getting the paperwork from the Dr you go online and register,in 7-10 days you get your card in the mail and you bring that and your certification letter with you.YOU NEED TO BRING BOTH.
