I believe you have to put your order in by Wednesday , by phone or online , DELIVERY is at end of week, I'd call to place an order .you have to use Can pay , or cash !! Your order has to be in by Friday ,and Delivery will be On Monday's or Wednesday I phone my orders in ! And they will guide you , they are very helpful !!!

Yes you can call and place your order. They will get back to you with your delivery day. Mine was 3 days later. Just an FYI - I had my delivery arrive but was not charged from my account for nearly a week afterward.
You ABSOLUTELY cannot place phone orders. Not can you use a standard credit card debit card etc. You must use a well known web app that you can and ONLY pay via wire transfers, aka setting up ur checking acct providing routing and account numbers, THEN you can place order and I'd do it a few days prior. I forgot the direct info but from their site if you explore you'll find it (opening in Google play store as you'd think to do, doesn't work, open up link in Chrome[too nerd details to explain]) edit: actually read question haha, yes it's all done through canpay and streamlined now. Just call store to verify stock first.
It takes up to 2 weeks for delivery. If you have caregiver it's best to ask them to pick up for you unless you can wait
