Horrible service... They leave you out in the sun standing for over an hour,and they don't let you in the office to go about your issue. Awful experience,they treat the drivers really bad,u don't appreciate to be treated like that,I am a diamond driver working for uber for over 5 years.Someone needs to fix this issue,is not the first time I go there and receive awful customer service,I am very disappointed.

When will this place open back up , Iβm having hard time uploading my insurance card with in the app.
It varies, 3-30 days I think. When I 1st partnered with Uber 3yrs a go it a breeze, but recently I tried to update my credentials & it was the most stagnant unreliable process ever.
You have to use the uber app, select "help" then you will find the set an appointment option.

Not sure, they mostly deal with indepth unresolved Technical issues; but hey, its Uber give it a try.I suggest calling before going there-Traffic at their location is pretty congested & annoying.Best Wishes
