Had a stylist with green hair, unfortunately I did not catch her name, but she was a great conversationalist and had amazing attention to detail during my haircut. Will definitely be going back to see her again.

Checked in online in the morning for a 1:00 appointment and specified Tavia for the stylist. I arrived at 1:00 and she was busy with someone else. They had me check in once again in the store. It said my wait was 29 minutes. I questioned this as I had a 1:00 appointment. I was told oh it won’t be that long. After waiting 30 minutes I said I had to go and why bother making people make appointments. The other lady working there tried to say it’s because I selected a specific stylist. I said no I selected that when I made my appointment so it was no surprise that I would be there at 1:00 and expected to have Tavia cut my hair. They just don’t care. I will never be back. Go somewhere else if you value your time. Obviously this business does not.

I got charged $20 just to trim off an inch of a ponytail! Plus the hair cutter kept talking about being on Xanax. Just a bit scary.
