I thought the Villas apartment was very nice. I was interested in a 1 bedroom and was told (by the leasing agent) that there is a few available and that I needed to bring in a few documents and my money order to complete the application process. I called and spoke to the leasing agent Melissa Embras maybe a few minutes after the office opened. Around 9am. While loudly chewing over the phone she confirmed with me that I could come in and complete the process. I get to the office and then all of a sudden there is no 1 bedroom available. Why make me waste my time to visit the office if you knew there is no 1 bedroom available? ALL OF A SUDDEN! Maybe I didn't reach the qualifications to approve for the apartment, and I totally understand that, but don't waste people's time! The Villas leasing agents can learn to be honest and not waste others time. It's so easy to simply deny an application online rather that tell people to come in. Very weird and questionable staff. Be careful!
