i had a package go out for delivery yesterday and then it said USPS was unable to deliver the package and now is available for pickup. Now wen i went to USPS they stated the item will go out for delivery in the next 3 days without even looking or helping at all. This is unacceptable i may want to pay less taxes if this is the case. PLEASE FIX THE ISSUES AND DO A BETTER JOB

I don't know how to start! First, it's the filthiest, most weedy US mail I've ever seen. Second, the lady (if you can call it that) is rude, she does not attend properly, she is unpleasant. Despite explaining what she was looking for, she just limited herself to giving me a piece of cardboard with a phone number and an email address without further explanation. Call that number where they confirm that the packages I'm going to look for are there (unfortunately that mail corresponds to me because of the area to which we belong) are in that center. I show them the website and the messages with the answer and still she tells me to make a Claim. I told him that I don't need a Claim, that I need him to look for my packages. Then I was attended by a man who at 3 meters felt his breath of alcohol, who after giving him the numbers of the packages tells me that there is nothing for that address, when they ratify me by the call that they are there. Anyway, I had to leave empty-handed and after 3 days they send me an email saying yes, the packages are there. Look for other people's criteria and the opinions could not be worse. That the previous young lady did serve clients well, but that the current one is vulgar and doesn't want to work. Then they say it's racism and that they deserve the job. The color of the skin doesn't really matter, what matters is the desire to solve problems for others when you really want to, and that lady is the opposite. I don't know how to start! I sure do love asking them to send it to my house only for this post office to get it and then not be able to pick it up because they close at 5 and close on the weekends.
