I usually don’t post negative reviews, but I found my experience worth posting. I went there with my 4 year old daughter who was trying to pick out a card in the card section for my nephew’s birthday. Both of the employees at the counter kept making nasty rude comments about my daughter who was doing nothing wrong while I waited in line. One of the employees who was just sitting behind the counter not even helping customers felt the need to not once but twice make rude and obnoxious comments outloud saying “That baby is messing the cards up and needs formula to keep busy”. The male employee next to her at the counter had the nerve to respond and tell me she wasn’t talking about my daughter, when I stood up to her both times telling her my daughter was doing nothing wrong. The behavior from both employees was absolutely absurd. After this incident, the female employee then told me that the employee at the end of the counter would help me as she refused to assist me. How are these people hired to work in customer service, I just don’t understand! I will never be returning to this USPS after my experience there. In summary, don’t bring a young child to this USPS as the employees clearly hate children.

This is the most toxic environment I have been in as far as post office is concerned. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They have loud personal conversations and talk across each station about their personal lives and lunch preferences. Extremely slow and inattentive regardless of how many people are inline. They check their emails and texts between customers. There is an African-American lady there with short blond hair in specific, she is the absolute worst. Overall horrendous experience. It's embarrassing really that this is a government facility, just shameful.

Service is really slow, only one person attending with a line of 20 customers waiting
