Went today Saturday to send some business postards using EDDM. This service is not free...I paid $430 dollars for it..which I agreed to pay. Once I arrived there is this loud music of Dirty Dancing Movie at thisClerk..# 14 station, dont remember her name with the worst attitude. First of all..if you work with clients you need to say....Hi. or good morning...how can I help you..?? or anything..be nice when you receive customers. Second...when you speak with customers you need to speak loud, clearly and looking at their face...it is very disrespectful..looking other way like you dont care...and last thing..when customers ask you questions..its because we do not know...if I knew..I would not ask you. USPS back in the time, like 15 yrs ago was a nice place where you received services and products nicely and professionally....now a days its a shame..and you feel they are doing you a "favor"...employees look ungroomed, their uniforms are not properly worn...anyways...Working for USPS many yrs ago...was a privilege...again I do not know what is happening...if you do not like to work at usps or with customers...change your job. We need services for which we pay and we want the services to be provided on a respectful manner. Quit if you dont like it Clerk 14

Mail carrier keeps holding or returning my mail without my consent. Carrier says attempt to deliver. There is always someone at home. The USPS is not the same anymore

Did my passport application here and had my application ready with a money order. Took out my photos at FedEx and they didn't take it out correctly. Had to redo them and the passport clerk did it properly. I had an appointment but they also accept walk ins (9:30 - 3:30). Process took less than 5 mins with the Clerk.
