Terrible, it destroyed the attention of the manager. He goes to the office one day yes and four days no. We have been locating it for days and nothing. The mail cart passes and does not leave the mail or the packages that are dispatched and alert us on the cell phone application. We feel our hands are tied.

I saw them open that place over fifty years ago there. The population surrounding it was one fifth what it is today. It is so small and understaffed and super high customer flow that it is sometimes hard to find parking there. Customers have to wait long times in line. Customers and staff get heated about whole thing. Time to build bigger, better, post office that can serve our ever expanding community. I will gladly chip in the first brick.

I know this location has bad reviews, but I had mail held and a package that I was having delivered held also. I went to the post office to pick this up and my package could not be found. Alfonso, the gentleman who works there asked for my contact and called me first thing the next day to come pick up my package that it was located and waiting for me. He had great customer service skills since the moment he helped me even though I was frustrated I drove to the location the first time to pick up the package and I could not get it. Thank you Alfonso! I noticed the 3 employees there are trying there best to improve customer service in these very tense economic/societal times.

Call the main office and complain about it..get the name of the mail man.
Contact the post office
not in this
Any mail that wasn't on left on your PO box was sent back to the senders
You must go in person to your local post office and verified that the change of address was summited
Do they know they are supposed to take it? If not, I would put a sheet of paper, in big bold writing, write "Return to Sender, No Such Person" and place it next to the mailbox so they have to see it or tape a note to the mailbox asking them to take it. Unfortunately, your question is only going to people who have written a review on the post office and not to the actual post office.
