Terrible terrible service. everyone involving my package did everything correct BUT this facility and they lost my package. I went twice to try and pick it up and was consistently lied to about it until they had to fess up they don't know what happened with my undelivered package.

The parcel drop off bin has been broken for a long time. Mondays all three mail bins are full. Makes it hard for people who work long hours to mail items when you cannot come back. So don't count on the 24 hour open rule.

Worst service and customer support. Lucia Pupo is one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional supervisors I've ever spoke too. Canceled my package pickup and stated that she doesn't want to carry boxes.

I'm just going to write the definition, hopefully it's all encompassing, or at least how to categorize this state run company. " USPS (United States Postal Services): Definition: The company, company or whatever you want to call it, is the SHAME of postal and parcel services of the United States of America. And they are not responsible for the PERSONAL data and identities of their clients, they do not It matters nothing, and no one. These errors are federal charges. WE HOPE THAT SOMEONE WITH DIGNITY reads all the comments from customers who are upset and dissatisfied with the services of the WORST company in the USA.

We all know the great illiteracy and supreme laziness of the Mia-Dade County mail workers. Their little desire to look good and the inability to do their job make them the big garbage they are competitive at.
This place needs to be shutdown or restaffed with training.
They do passport
Once you finds out, do not make the appointment at the 152nd location.

Nope. Closest in in town in country. By apt only. But you can pick up from, ask questions and set apt when you go.
9-6pm
Iam dealing with the same issue. They have horrible time consistency when delivering. This has always been the case. If its because of holidays and political reasons, then why not hire more temp employees during your busy months. Take a page from the ups handbook. No wonder u.s.p.s are going out of buisness. They recruit from the bottom of the pit
The postal location on sw 104th street across from Miami-Dade College processes regular fee passports in this area.
You can just give it to your letter carrier and say it is refused. As a customer you have the right to refuse any single piece of mail that you want to.
Did you submit a change of address and receive a confirmation letter?
it all depends on the time at which you dropped it off. After 4pm, you can expect to be logged in the next day. Same when it gets to the post office that delivers mail to where you sent it. So average 3-4 days
