No good at all 11.30 close and not signed nothing on regular day I have appointments for my passport so I do not now went

Today my mother went to her passport appointment at 11:15am and she was told by the lady that she couldn’t help her with her application because she needed an interpreter since my mother only speaks Spanish (by the way this lady is telling my mom this in SPANISH). My mom then told her that she did her citizenship in Spanish and she brought everything that was needed and this lady told my mother again to come back with an interpreter that speaks english (mind you this lady all this time was talking to my mother in Spanish) she just didn’t feel like helping my mother and i think this is racism from this lady. I have asked people today that i know that work for the post office and this is not right she was suppose to help my mother specially that she did speak Spanish. I am very disappointed of the quality of this survive, this is not fair. My mother was so happy today to be able to get this process done, for this lady to just ruin my moms day just because she didn’t feel like helping her. I would have understand if the person in charge of my mothers appointment didn’t speak Spanish but this was not the case.

The staff at this location on saturdays is down right nasty. Never seen such rude service.

Great post office, I received an excellent, helpful service for the renewal of my passport.I'm sorry I don't know the name of the employee who attended me who is a very kind person.Thanks a lot
