Well although it is nice of the dealership to drive yosu to a store while waiting for a 3 hr oil change , you obviously need to let clients make appointments. Had all our services done here, but I guess their multi point inspections never looked at the large build up of coroision on the battery terminal. Car went dead in our garage I called and service lady said I need to tow it to them (45 minutes away), then $145 to diagnose, then parts and labor. Would not let me speak to a service mgr Local repair shop came over and replaced the battery. I have a picture of the battery . Will be getting a new car, but not from Pohonka..... Well the automated response from the owner ? There is no email domain he says to contact and still no appointments taken. ???

Dropped the vehicle in express service for oil change. The service advisor told me it will take a couple of hours to finish it. When I asked her after 2 hours waiting regarding the status of the service, she replied that it will take another 2 hours or she could give me keys and drive away without service being done. Not to mention that the oil life in the vehicle is 10% and it is not safe to drive. Now I have to make arrangements for my kid to be picked up from school. Thanks to the express service. Never again………

I sat in this dealership for 4 hours to get my breaks and rotors worked on get an oil change and tire rotation, all they did was a oil change and tire rotation after i waited for 4 hours. Their only answer was bring it back again another time. I then scheduled an appointment for the morning of Labor Day at 9:30am. I drive all the way an hour there AGAIN. And i get there and get told all appointments have been canceled there is no tech here to do the work pretty much i don’t know what to tell you. Edit*- after complaining they have corrected the problem and were more than helpful assisting with fixing my car. I still wish i didn’t waste me time 2 weeks in a row but at least they can address and resolve their issues with a smile. To their credit it was all a miscommunication.

Might be free. You bought it from them, so a service tech might take care of that for you at your next service appointment. You just have to ask them.

I believe there are sales manager and service manager positions at each pohanka dealership not a general manager. Call and ask for whichever manager is better placed for your question/concern. The prompt when you call will tell you what buttons to press to reach each department, then ask for that departments manager when a real human being answers.
If Pohanka did your service I think they have a emergency line if not call the 1-800 number for Honda and maybe they'll be able to help you
