The staff that delivers the letters to homes do it very badly. The new staff is taking my mail to other houses. I have called to complain and they do nothing. Who can solve my case, I have received notices of non-payment and important documents do not arrive. What a pity that this happens. Previously we had good service.

Delivery personal in this post are lazy and don't like walking up to my 3rd floor apartment so they straight leave the attempt notice in the mailbox without actually going to my door, this happens every time a box don't fit in the mailbox, why do USPS charge the sender for a full service if they can't take it to my door? I have to come to the post office deal with this rude employee and make this slow and long line to pick up my package every time, this is just disgusting.

When I go in with my tracking number. They have a machine you can use to pull up the status of the package once you print the ticket they locate the package if it's at that specific facility. It's best to have the tracking number. Hope this helps.
