The entire process was efficient and smooth, from product identification and measurements to scheduling and installation. We replaced both the wood flooring and carpet in our home and were blown away with the finished product. Clint Spencer was attentive and extremely helpful with product selection, Diane in their scheduling department called us multiple times to remind us well in advanced of floor install dates/times. The crews that installed both the vinyl plank and the carpet were excellent; they were timely, extremely courteous, very respectful to my family but also with our home and true craftsman/woman.
