The workers were arguing and cursing each other out. I finally got my food and left. Got to work and my bacon was burned and my croissant wasn't even warmed up. 😒 They just took a croissant out the case and threw it in the back. The previous staff took more pride in their work. This staff clearly don't care 🙄 This review was written after multiple (4) trips to the store. I wanted to give them a chance to redeem themselves first. No redemption.

I’m surprised this place doesn’t have a lower rating. And also the fact that no one in management or ownership has yet to respond shows me that they dont care (at least for this location anyways). They either need to replace the staff or close the store down every time i come into to the store to order I’m always waiting’s for about 5 to 10 minutes to order something. If staff Is busy understandable but most of timeit isn’t , and at least ACKNOWLEDGE that there’s a customer in the store. Don’t just ignore them very bad for business. I’m not gonna recommend anyone to come to this location anymore absolutely ridiculous.

For as many people coming to Capitol One Arena you would think their food would be fresh. Unfortunately not much more is open early when your waiting in line for a concert. After paying for my order which was over $20, attempted to use bathroom- told me bathroom was closed to the public, umm- I just stood in line and paid. I completely understand “public” but once you pay for goods you become a consumer. Didn’t help that the worker was extremely rude and thought necessary to tell anyone that would listen she wouldn’t let me use the restroom.
