Staff are friendly and nice but everything else was a disaster! For $150 American per night this place was horrendous.. breakfast absolutely terrible and insulting. Area is super bad and feels unsafe.. smell of marijuana in the hallway.. rooms were not clean. I had brought my own sheets so thankfully i could sleep. The smell of bleach is suffocating .. nothing in the area to grab food.. stay away! horrible experience.

I stayed here between April 1-4, 2022. And this was quiet the unpleasant experience. I did not pitch a fit as a courtesy to the kind & patient staff at the location. The shower curtain was too small, and barely covered the tub. Barely any toiletries were available. Scant towels in the bathroom. Not even an extra roll of toilet paper. The mini fridge over cooled and made my soda freeze & explode. There was a coffee maker in the room that apparently could not be used per staff and no coffee pouch/pods were available. The lobby does not even keep coffee past breakfast time. And that advertised breakfast was beyond dismal and a misrepresentation. My room’s floor was dirty, even after requesting room service on Day 2 & the TV remote was broken (missing buttons) & had to be replaced. Bed sheets had cigarette butt holes in it on both beds (I had prepaid reservation for a king bed and got placed in a room with 2 full beds). The bathroom wall had mold growing on the silicone grout. No hair dryer in the bathroom. The bathtub and a stuck on anti-slip mat that was 1/4 of the way peeled from on corner. The only thing that was good about my stay was the patient and kind staff who did the best they could given scant resources. The owners/management company running this location should be embarrassed by the way they are running this location. I looked for a Radisson location because of my wonderful experience at other locations. But this was beyond disappointing. Do NOT stay at this location. It’s just gross. The lobby looks nice, but the rooms are a health hazard.

I agree with some of the comments. It is BS. The rooms are horrible and the bathrooms need a lot of TLC. I had to switch my rooms multiple times because of the odor and the smell. The front desk person has minimum customer service skills and made me feel like they are doing me a favor that I am staying here. This is the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. However, the guess was nice and polite

Worst hotel I've been to in my life. Don't believe all the good reviews, they are all bs. I paid 130 a night for this piece of trash room. I had 2 queen beds, and the beds were dirty and there was even hair on the bed. There was no fan in the bathroom, which was absolutely psycho. On top of that, every single amenity sucked. The soap was old, no coffee machine, and nothing was good. The rooms were old fashioned too, all popcorn ceiling, chipped paint, faulty outlets, and old furniture. And if that wasn't bad enough, they had a terrible breakfast. Nothing was hot, just all prepackaged bagels and barely any variety. There was only some juice, bagels, apples, muffin, bread, and some cereal. Nothing hot. The rooms stank and the air conditioning/heater was also broken and would turn off randomly. The worst part was that I came with my family, in total 4 people. They only had 1 towel in the bathroom. Now if that isn't crazy I don't know what is. We had to ask for towels twice, and they excuse was that they were in the dryer, how can you even start a hotel without having enough towels?!?!? This is seriously the worst hotel I've been at, and I advise anyone looking for a hotel to not stay here.

Oh wow. I didn't see any roaches when I stayed there. But I haven't been there since September.
