Gentlemen who did the nails were very nice my nails started falling off within two weeks,I called gentle told me I have to have a 35.00 refill which isn’t right I’ll go back to passion mail salon my nails last over a month there!!!

Place doesn’t have a pricing list. Quoted me one price then upcharged me one the service was half way done. I had to wait to have my manicure finished after my nails were dry for 20 min while someone’s pedicure was being done. Customer service needs help. Get a list up of fees but maybe they do this on purpose. I will never come here again.THE FIRST AND THE LAST TIME. Only came here because my nail place was closed. BEWARE: Tech used the towel she used on my feet to clean another person chair off after the customer had to request the chair be wiped off. Also all instruments used to trim cuticles are NOT AUTOCLAVED AFTER EACH CUSTOMER. That’s another reason I will never be back . Customers were complaining about be upcharged while I was sitting there waiting for my manicure to be finished which was mediocre at best. The lady who did my pedicure her feet was dirty and disgusting. I should have told ok that as a warning Don’t go to this place it’s dirty

I was able to walk in & get a pedicure & manicure. However, I would have waited if I k ew she was going g to rush it. She didn't put a base coat on my toes & the polish is not evenly applied. My gel manicure was fast & sloppy. I won't be back.
