The entire staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. The sitting area is bright, clean, and comfortable. Efficient check in and check out processes. Easy to make appointments. I've rarely had to wait more than 10 minutes to be called in. A couple of times the wait was slightly longer and everyone apologized. Doctors and my APRN are knowledgeable and make me feel that they care about me and my health. They take time to listen and talk to me in terms I can understand. Stephanie Skipper is absolutely wonderful.

First, I was professionally and warmly greeting upon entrance into the office. Within minutes, Dr. Seiffert came to the lobby to take me back for my visit. So personable and comfortable.
