We love going here. There is so much to do. There is a huge arcade, the water parks of course, two ropes courses, a rock climbing wall, mini-golf, and a magic quest. There are also lots of planned activities like yoga, button-making, character meet and greets, and mask making. There are great stores even a build a bear. The restaurants have a great variety of food. Mobile ordering was easy too.

I took 4 kids here last weekend ages 16,15,15&4 and we had a great experience! The older crew enjoyed the water slides and adventure park My little one loved the nightly dance party , kiddie pool areas & bowling! I thought the hotel staff were great and the room was too ! The breakfast buffet has a plenty of choices with good food My only complaint is how freezing it is between the two pool areas ! Bring a bathrobe !!! You’ll want it when walking in that area !

I can’t even lie after reading the bad reviews I was scared to come here, but I have no regrets at all bringing my daughter here for her second birthday. She enjoyed herself so much. We got the wolf den suite and it was very clean and spacious for my family. The water park was perfect, my daughter enjoyed all the kiddie slides, water and wave pool! We also enjoyed the yoga time, story time, met the bear, arts and crafts, and dance time which was all free! All the staff was friendly and helpful. We also got the paw pass for my daughter which was absolutely perfect, she gets a free build a bear, the small ropes course is free for children under 48 inches, she was able to get free ice cream, free candy, 5$ game card and free goggles! The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the food was VERY expensive, no refills unless you buy the reusable cup. Also, I wanted an extra night which was requested online when I made the reservation and it was suppose to be $250, but when I came to check in they wanted $500 which was not nice at all. They should’ve accommodated me. But now I know to book exactly what I want when I catch the sales.

Kids had a blast at this indoor water park , perfect for something to do in the middle of winter. Room was nice, had everything we needed. Soap, plenty towels, microwave, mini fridge, etc. Water park was great overall, maybe the water or room temp was a tad cold, since kids were getting cold frequently and kept drying off. It was nice to exchange wet towels for dry each time. It’s loud in there for sure and smells of chlorine. Best part was that the staff was not on our backs about masks at all. It was great to feel like we’re back living normal free life like we should.

You don’t have to pay for the water park, and it is an extra fee for a bday pack
Sorry, Hotel Guest only, check GROUPON for 50% off admission! You'll save a ton! We ALWAYS USE GROUPON AND PAY HALF PRICE! And if you use a groupon code, you'll save even more! Plan ahead and save even more! Good Luck! Its definitely worth it, been 7 times and counting and was there Grand Opening also! Cheers!
I'm 7 months pregnant and as hard as it was for my to walk around, I had a very enjoyable time.
Bring flip flops, extra bathing suits, drinks, paper cups, plates, plastic utensils, leave towels at home, it's a fun place!!
GWL New England check in is 4pm but you can use the water park at 1pm. Just leave your bags in the vehicle. There are small lockers outside water park. Small fee to use them. Also bathrooms and changing room in water park area. GWL provides towels in water park area. There are tables and chairs for those who aren't ready to get wet! Front desk will instruct you when your room is ready. I went during a slow time so I had ZERO problems! I have read though that busier times can make the front desk have a line.
I take my kids there in April because it's my son birthday and also I go back in November because that's my other son birthday but it is really fun I know it's going to be a little pricey but it's worth it
Everything you would expect and more... Plus a Dunkin donuts
(Mass. location) You have to be staying at the hotel unless you are the guest of a guest. Being a guest of a guest still costs money. A wrist band is required for entry to the water park.
Nathan is right. I had a total of 4 "passes" that came with the room reservation. Also you are allowed to stay at the resort on your checkout day until it closes that night.
Price depends on the season, and if you go on a weekend or during the week. School vacations and holidays are also more expensive. We go during the weekday, and use groupon. Living social and Zulily have also had packages. Another factor to cost is the number of people and what room you choose.
There are not
Yes they have lockers for rent
They'll be opening after phase 4 or the vaccine. Whichever comes first.
Depends on the date. Usually, weekends are more expensive
Yes, we were recently there and several people were wearing water shoes
Only if you are a guest of the hotel. They do not offer passes to people off the street who are not staying the night.
Nope, you can bring one and hook it up though- but also depending how long you stay theres not much time for that, after swimming we were exhausted and knocked out immediately when our heads hit the pillow
Waterpark is 9am to 9pm
Possibly because they hold a charge on your card so if you buy anything it takes it out of that and if you dont use it all I gives it back
Yes! We got gift certificates from my parents to take the kids the past 2 years.
I didn't notice any machines on the premises. However there was a drying rack in our room that we used to hang out wet swim suits under we left for home.
Yes, though "spa" isn't really accurate. Kids can get their fingernails painted.
Open at 9:00 close at 8:00 .
Water park tickets are included. Extra cost for rope climbing, cabana huts, and magic quest game for kids.
Its really at least overnight stay.. Cant just cime to the park .. Proba ly because they need all info on you I.case of emergency and also iver crowding
Water was definitely comfortable. My young kids, 5 and 3, had no complaints, and my wife who is always cold didnt either
Per their website, water parks are reserved for registered guests. This is to avoid overcrowding and long lines.
Always different .. Im here checked in at 4 as of sunday,,, leaving thursday at 11.. I paid 668.. I also booked 3 months in advance.. This place is not what it once was. Im unhappy with management
No.. They want u to pay for the room .. O.e reason is overstay.. Also how they would figure price .. I heard them myself saying any hoodlum would beable to afford a day. Not nice. We stay usually a week.. The management is horrible
Oh! I'm a BIG KID TOO! did all the activities with my son and would LOVE to go back with just an adult! HAVE WINE AND CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES DELIVERED TO YOUR ROOM! I think I posted a pic of my wine etc. Lol
Great wolf lodge does not offer bus transportation, there are bus rental agency's that you could research and compare prices for the trip.
With the room price you get access to the water park. You can check in at 1pm and use the water park. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had 2 full beds, a pull out sofa bed, table with chairs, tv, a microwave, coffee pot and small fridge. They also give you 2 bottles of water some coffee and plastic cups. There is usually a treat left too, this time it was a bag of sizlets candy and keritein shampoo. There is also an ironing board and safe in each room, soap, shampoo samples and plenty of towels and pillows. Besides the room, the price included plenty of free activities. We participated in afternoon crafts, balloon animals and face painting. There is a wolf walk, dance party, bedtime stories and special seasonal activities. We just participated in trick or treating, costume parade, a scavenger hunt and pumpkin decorating. We love Great Wolf Lodge and can't wait to go back again!!
There are no restrictions basically. It was crowded when we went. Nobody had a mask on. We got sick.
No you can get day passes to the waterpark
Opening June 24
Its great for all ages! We open june 24th!!
Not in mass yet sorry
Unless things change it will reopen on July 20th
This place is awsome its where families can have a great time as well as watch the adults turn back to kidds themselves
1st time visiting Great 🐺 in January 2020. It was great. No issue with water, or heating. They could use another gift shop & up their events, but the events throughout the day are a nice touch. The prices are reasonable for the area & we're planning a return visit before Summer.⭐⭐⭐
I agree with Mike to take advantage of the different resort packages depending on your needs. They have water parks for younger and older kids. Weekends are normally crowded
Their pizza is maybe a step up from store brand freezer pizza. The breakfast buffet is pretty good. Eating there is convenient enough, but it's not great. My kid pretty much stuck to Mac & Cheese.
A lot of money. That's what they like
No they do not, find a parking spot is not easy, water pressure sucks from brushing your teeth to take in the shower. I'll never go back
There's a hot tub that goes from the inside to the outside but all the pools are inside yeahq
Online booking will be honored. That can easily be sorted out with a Manager during check in.
I believe everyone can, but there might be a weight limit for the itty bitty slides.
It's either 2 lane roads or interstate roads. No room to walk. Definitely take an Uber or taxi to the lodge
It is not included with the room's fee
You can not use the water park without purchase of a hotel room. Only guests can use the facilities, it's nor available for walking in off the street
Thanks for all your responses
One for every person. Good thing is you can use it also the day you check out.
It's a bit expensive but very nice.
I believe I saw a couple wolf dens near where our double queen was, but majority are on the opposite side where most of the activities for the kida are
I think so too. Check Groupon right now. They have some deals going on.
8pm for the park and 10pm for the quest
Been there many times most credit cards are acceptable great place to visit
Well I guess you got the answers you need from the others. If you want to stay for the day it's $50 but if you staying overnight it's going to be about $150 a night maybe more if you don't have Groupon discount.
Water park is included in hotel stay other activities you can get a pass for.
Food is not provided for free but there are decent food counters where you can pay and buy. Fare includes only the accommodation and the usage of water park facility on the day of check-in from 1 pm until day of checkout (till 8 pm)
11 Is check out, and you can use the park that whole day
They started kicking us out by 7:30 p.m. and at 8 p.m. day locked all the doors
Not conveniently - its 2+ hours away just to get to Cape Cod.
I lot of rooms...better call there.
It's for additional fun for the kids. They get to make a build a bear, get candy from the store, arcade tokens, and ice cream. That's the option that we got. There are a couple different passes to get.
Definitely a great place to bring the family during the winter my kids always have so much fun!
The best thing for you to do is give them a call.
To use the water park you must stay at the hotel. Or if someone they know is staying they can come in as guests for $ 50 per person
You can check in and use the water park as early as 1pm. The room itself especially during the summer might not be ready at check in. Also you can use the water park after checkout.
You have to stay at the resort buy can stay one night and get 2 days worth of park time
We went over Memorial Day and received blue ears
Great Wolf Lodge is a ripoff
Like $ 600 to $ 800.
We stayed there on one of the weekends and the water park opened at 10am and closed at 8 pm .... The restaurant closes at 10 pm ... There is nothing much to do after that.
It's been a when but I do remember that I thought it was way to early..I think the water part closes at 8..as well as the laser tag part. The game room closes a bit later possibly at 12am..well hopefully ..if you go have fun..leave nothing for tomorrow so u can do it again and again ;)
The groupon is only for reduced rate for lodging and access to water parks. Eats, treats and arcade are all extra
Good luck. I personally didn't have a problem while we were there, but they were all younger, college aged kids
I was just there last week and the water park closed at 8pm. It was open till 830 on friday and sat. night. I'm sorry I didn't take notice of what time it opened
God bless us
Presidents weekend FEB 2018. No clear evidence on all white bedding. Bloody scrape on kid did not "lure" them out either. No signs of bites. I have had prior experience with bed bugs not related to GWL.
If you book on line at check in each one of you receive a wristband
Wolf ears are given to kids, but you can ask them for more. Each room has one adjoining, but the door attached to the two rooms is completely shut and locked from your room unless you rent it as well.
I went down at 7am and It was already openned! Stop by the front desk and ask them to open it if its locked! Its across from Dunkin Donuts! Hope this helps!
As early as 9 am on check in day, you could check in early too, although you might not get your rooms until after 1PM.
