It's 11, but you can stay at water park while day. I packed everything in car but 1 bag with change of clothes, garbage bag for our wet stuff, and shampoo and conditioner. After check out we were there til we'll past 4pm. Also if they are not busy they'll let you check out a but later for free
Make sure you book a late check out ASAP, they only allow a certain amount

11AM buy Use the lockers and stay at the park all day!
Check out is 11 AM but you can buy a package that allows a late check out time at 2 PM. Don't try hiding in the closet until the next guest arrives, they don't look kindly upon interlopers even if the next guest isn't due for a few days.
Can request a late check-out 1pm. 11am is normal.
