We stayed there on one of the weekends and the water park opened at 10am and closed at 8 pm .... The restaurant closes at 10 pm ... There is nothing much to do after that.

We were just there this past weekend. The pool was open 9 AM - 8:30 PM. I'm not sure what the hours are for the other things they offered.

If I remember correctly, when we went the water park was opened from 9AM to 8PM. Arcades, food and other activities had other hours outside of that.
