Yes, just you and your staying guests. Thats how they keep the volume down. Some other resorts let you walk in off the street and buy passes, but not great wolf. You must be a gurst
When you check-in at the desk everyone in your party is given a wrist band which you need to wear to get into the water parks.
All guest get passes regardless if you book online, phone, or in person. You can also purchase park passes for other's not staying in the resort if not mistaken.
You can get passes in person at the resort and buy any additional packages if interested.
